About the Role:
This is your chance to play a key role in shaping client success and retention strategies for elite marketing agencies. As an Account Manager, you'll manage key relationships, oversee project execution, and ensure long-term client satisfaction through data-backed strategies and tailored support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Retention Strategy Specialist: Create and implement strategies to reduce churn and strengthen client loyalty.
- Customized Account Planning: Collaborate with clients to define their goals and develop tailored plans for growth.
- Client Satisfaction Advocate: Proactively resolve issues, exceed expectations, and deliver a best-in-class service experience.
- Solution Architect: Identify client pain points and build customized solutions that drive measurable value.
- Trusted Client Advisor: Build trust, maintain consistent communication, and act as a reliable partner in their success.
- Account Growth Strategist: Spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow account value and deepen partnerships.
- Dedicated Client Success Specialist: Ensure clients have the tools, resources, and support they need to succeed and scale.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Leverage client data and feedback to fine-tune retention strategies and drive performance.
- Reporting & Measurement Expert: Track KPIs, develop clear reports, and measure strategy success to guide future decisions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience managing key accounts, preferably in a digital agency environment
- Deep understanding of marketing agency workflows and client service dynamics
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Proficiency with CRM tools and project management platforms
