Client Acquisition Manager
About the Role
This is a high-impact role where you’ll oversee the full client journey—from prospecting to onboarding. You’ll ensure that every lead turns into a long-term business relationship.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to attract new clients (real estate investors, agents, brokerages).
- Manage client onboarding and relationship building.
- Track performance of acquisition campaigns and refine approaches.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align on client goals.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Proven track record in sales, business development, or client acquisition.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Understanding of real estate lead generation and client pipelines.
- 2+ years of experience in real estate or agency sales preferred.
