About the Role

This is a high-impact role where you’ll oversee the full client journey—from prospecting to onboarding. You’ll ensure that every lead turns into a long-term business relationship.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to attract new clients (real estate investors, agents, brokerages).
  • Manage client onboarding and relationship building.
  • Track performance of acquisition campaigns and refine approaches.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align on client goals.
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Proven track record in sales, business development, or client acquisition.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Understanding of real estate lead generation and client pipelines.
  • 2+ years of experience in real estate or agency sales preferred.
