About the Role

Our Virtual Assistants are the multitasking powerhouses who keep operations running smoothly—handling admin, research, and client support.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support for clients (email management, scheduling, research).
  • Assist with lead management and basic marketing tasks.
  • Maintain accurate client documentation and reports.
  • Act as the first line of support for client inquiries.
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a VA, preferably in real estate or digital marketing.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in productivity tools (Google Workspace, MS Office, project management tools).
  • Highly organized and able to handle multiple tasks at once.
